GET READY, GET SET, AND GET THE Y EXPERIENCE
This all-inclusive program is designed for our YMCA members who are looking to start on their fitness journey or improve their current fitness level. Members will have the chance to discuss their current level of fitness and where they would like to see them-selves by the end of the four week program. Your knowledge and experience are not important. Our goal is to help you improve your fitness level and have fun while doing it. You will receive education for optimal fitness performance by a certified personal trainer, at no cost to you.
