Water in Motion Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 pm beginning March 5th




The newest aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. With land equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, enjoy the pure fun of this 60 minute water extravaganza. Aqua-phobes will forever become aqua-FANS when they “Catch the Wave”!


A deep water exercise class, using a weight-less water belt which allows body movement through the water targeting all muscle groups. Dumbbells and various water equipment is also used to add to the cardio workout.

HINGES & TWINGES (Arthritis Program)

This shallow water exercise class uses stretching for relief of aches and pains, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. Great class for keeping all joints and limbs stretched. The water allows resistance and strengthening of all muscle groups. Concentrates on coordination and balance.


Shallow water exercise, calisthenics & conditioning. Low impact stretching exercise with monitored blood pressure assessment.

Aqua Zumba

Incorporates all the fun of Zumba high intensity dance movements with the gentle support of water and reduces joint stress.

Water Tai-Chi

Combine spirit, mind, and body in a aquatic enviroment while increasing virility and energy. Will help improve posture, balance, agility, grace, and coordination while increasing flexability and focus
