Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are a great way to add instruction, motivation, and variety to your workout routine. Led by trained instructors, each class offers a supportive environment to help you keep active, stay challenge, and explore something new.

  1.  Every Monday, pick up a fresh bingo card at the front desk
  2. Get moving! Make sure to mark off every BINGO square you complete
  3. You have one week (Mon-Sun) to get BINGO (five in a row)
  4. Turn your BINGO card into the front desk and be entered into a drawing for a free month of Membership.
