Welcome to personal training sessions! Our goal is to provide individualized fitness instruction to meet the needs of clients.
In order to make your personal training session experience go as smoothly as possible, please familiarize yourself with the following information regarding scheduling and policies:
- Personal training sessions are sold individually or in packages of 5 or 10 sessions and are non-refundable.
- Sessions are scheduled at a time that is mutually convenient for both the trainer and client.
- If for some reason you need to reschedule a session, you are responsible for notifying the trainer directly at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the missed session.
- A registration paper and health risk assessment form will be given or emailed to client once payment is made, please complete prior to session and bring paperwork with you to initial session.
