WATER FITNESS CLASSES
THERASPLASH💦
A gentle, feel-good water class designed for adults and seniors looking to improve mobility, balance, and overall wellness. With zero impact on joints, participants enjoy stretching, strengthening, and splashing—all while having fun and building confidence in the pool. No swimming skills needed. Shallow Water.
Monday & Friday 11:30 am -12:15 pm
CARDIO SPLASH
A low-impact but high-intensity water fitness class where no swimming skills are needed. This class utilizes the resistance of water to enhance flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance. Shallow Water.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10:15 am -11:15 am
AQUA CORE
This low-impact class takes place in the shallow water. It includes water walking, jogging, and running, along with resistance equipment exercises to enhance joint stability, flexibility, coordination, cardiovascular health, and overall strength. Shallow Water.
Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 am -9:30 am
CORE ZONE
This shallow water class focuses on cardio, full body strengthening, core toning, and balance. Light jumping and leaping are included.
Wednesdays 11:30 am-12 pm
DEEP WATER POWER
A high-power workout utilizing deep water running techniques, interval training, and resistance equipment. Participants can expect to work out in a vertical position with a supportive floatation belt and must be comfortable in deep water. Deep Water.
Tuesday & Thursday 9:40 am -10:40 am
SLOW-LOW INTENSITY
This class is designed for individuals new to water exercise, those returning after a break, or those recovering from an injury or surgery. Shallow Water.

SWIMMING WORKOUT CLASSES
F.I.T. SWIMMING
F.I.T. Swimming is designed for adults aged 18 and above who want to enhance their swimming technique and achieve a great workout. Workouts are designed for adults who can swim at least 200 meters (8 lengths) of our pool continuously. Some swimmers in our group participate in USA Masters swimming events; however, this is not a required option.
Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
*Participants need to bring goggles & fins. Kickboards and pull buoys are provided.
S.P.L.A.S.H.
SPLASH is for adults 18 and older who want to improve their swimming technique, learn new strokes, and get a great workout!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12:30 am -1:30 pm
