Camps

I want to thank everyone that was involved with helping camp this summer. It was a huge success and went very well. The kids had lots of fun and that’s the important part. When kids and families are happy every is happy and in that aspect camp was wonderful. It was a busy transition for me but I am grateful for everyone’s help. I wouldn’t have been able to do it by myself and I definitely was not alone. It wouldn’t have been made possible without everyone’s help. From grounds/maintenance, to CSRs, counselors, coaches, CITs, lifeguards, parents/guardians, campers, Littlestown staff/personnel, program directors, gymnastics, child care, aquatics, business department, transportation, members making sacrifices for gym time, members donating their services/resources, and staff at Codorus. I  also want to thank all the outside organizations that we travelled to for field trips. Every department at the YMCA pulled together to help make camp run as smooth as possible and for that I am extremely grateful for. THANK YOU!

Ready, Set, FUN

Thank you for your interest in our 2014 summer camps. We hope you will enjoy the many new camps and the old favorites. Our camps are much more than outdoor fun and adventure. Camp is an opportunity for children to develop self-reliance, acquire values, build character and gain self-confidence. Each camper’s potential is fulfilled through their actions with fellow camper’s, counselors & coaches. Camp registration begins April 1, 2014. Check out the brochure by clicking the link below.

If you still have questions after review the specific webpage you may contact the coordinator listed on the page for more information and as always, you may contact Adam Wildasin with any additional questions or concerns at awildasin@hanoverymca.org
