Tumbling 101 (recommended classes per week to achieve this level — 1)
No experience necessary.
Focus: hand placement for all tumbling, forward & backward rolls, cartwheel, round-off, bridge, back bend kick-over, strength & flexibility, drills, conditioning.
Level 1 (recommendED classes per week to achieve this level — 1)
Requirement ~ Hand placement, forward roll, strong cartwheel.
Focus: Round-Off, Handstand snap-down, front walkover, back walkover, back & front handspring drills, bridge, back bend kick-over, front limber, beginning techniques of back handspring, strength, flexibility, drills, conditioning.
Level 2 (recommended classes per week to achieve this level — 2)
Requirement ~ Solid Back Bend Kick-over, Solid Round-Off, Handstand snap-down, front limber.
Focus: Standing Back handspring, Round-Off Back Handspring, front walkover, back walkover, beginning techniques of front handspring.
