WATER IN MOTION
Offers the benefit of a high energy calorie burning workout without the pull that gravity plays on the body. Experience the cross-training effects that water provides reducing the impact on your joints, specifically the knees and back.

WATER IN MOTION PLATINUM
A shallow water, low-impact aqua-exercise experience that offers active aging adults and deconditioned participants a fun workout improving cardiovascular endurance, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Supplies an intergenerational selection that will have you singing along in no time.

MASTERS SWIM TEAM
This program is for anyone 18 years of age or older who would like to swim competitively or work on technique development. Practices are: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm and Saturdays- 8 am - 9:30 am
Deep water aqua
This aqua class will challenge you and help you develop, strengthen, and tone your muscles. Working against the water with water dumbbells, noodles and various types of equipment will add the perfect amount of resistance to your workout. Ideal for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

Aqua Bootcamp is a solid blend of flexibility, strength training with muscle sets, balance and cardio with the use of noodles and water dumbbells. For all fitness levels!

Evening: Mondays- 7:30 pm -8:30 pm
TRI TRAINING- 12 WEEK SESSIONS
All New! This 12-week triathlon training begins January 14, 2019 and runs until April 1, 2019. The class will start in the water and progress to land. Must register for the class below.
