Today more than ever Americans have a desire to look and feel healthy and fit so they can live life to the fullest. It is estimated that there are currently over 100 million American's considered overweight. We now from experience that when you combine wellness and weight management principles with personal growth and development principles, you create a powerful environment to facilitate long term positive change and life transformation in every area of your life
The Weight Management and Life Transformation (WeMLT) program is a comprehensive 12 week weight loss plan that combines all three segments that are necessary for long term weight loss success: customized exercise program, customized nutrition program and personal growth and development/behavior modification workshops. Because you are unique, the common "one size fits all" approach may fall short of meeting your need and desire to lose weight and inches. We provide twelve workshops that are designed to help empower you to reach your potential physically, mentally and emotionally (see below).
The WeMLT program is design to support you whether you are very sedentary and want to lose a significant amount of weight and inches or you are active and just want to get that last 10 pounds off before the spring and summer begins.
The program includes:
- Customized nutrition plan (not a diet)
- 24 customized group personal training sessions/ 2 times per week(1 on 1 personal training option is available)
- 12-one hour life transforming workshops (exercise made simple, nutrition made simple, psychology of weight loss, goal setting, time and stress management, overcoming challenges, balanced life, increasing your value, transform your thinking, seeing it through, celebration event)
- Success journal
- Body fat assessments week 1, 6 and 12 along with measurements (optional)
- Cyber Coaching
- Invitation to the "Celebration Event" dinner

Once you have successfully completed this WeMLT Jump Start Program you will be qualified to participate in the WeMLT Advanced Program. Based on your goals, this advanced program will support you in your continued effort to lose weight and inches or maintenance the weight and inches you have already lost.
