DEEP WATER AQUACISE

A deep water exercise class, using a weight-less water belt which allows body movement through the water targeting all muscle groups. Dumbbells and various water equipment is also used to add to the cardio workout.

AQUA-COMBO
 
This water exercise class is a 60-minute cardio workout combining deep water running and shallow water boxing.

AquaFUNtastic

This program is held in shallow water and is for all ability levels. Class uses music, incorporates stretching, strengthening, and cardio conditioning.

AQUA POWER HOUR

Deep & Shallow water exercise-All fitness levels combines the best of AquaFunTastic and Deep Water Aquacise. Works all muscle groups and cardio conditioning.

HINGES & TWINGES (Arthritis Program)
This shallow water exercise class uses stretching for relief of aches and pains, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. Great class for keeping all joints and limbs stretched. The water allows resistance and strengthening of all muscle groups. Concentrates on coordination and balance.

SENIOR AQUACISE

Shallow water exercise, calisthenics & conditioning. Low impact stretching exercise with monitored blood pressure assessment.

Pre-Post Natal Water Excercise Labor of Love
This aquatic fitness class is for mom'sof all abilities. Held in the warm water pool this program provides a well alanced system that includes all major components of physical fitness.

Aqua Zumba
Incorporates all the fun of Zumba high intensity dance movements with the gentle support of water and reduces joint stress.

Water Tai-Chi
Combine spirit, mind, and body in a aquatic enviroment while increasing virility and energy. Will help improve posture, balance, agility, grace, and coordination while increasing flexability and focus

Hydro Pilates
Non-impact strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and muscle controp. Uses movement from yoga, modern dance, and gymnastics creating a streamlined shape. Develops trunk stabilization, enhances muscle strength, and reduces stress.
